COMMERCIAL TERMS
Swissync general terms
These terms govern both professional use by salons and beauty businesses and the digital account used by their clients. An order, signed offer or applicable specific terms take precedence if they conflict.Effective from 15 August 2026.1. Provider and contract
The service is provided by Swisskauf Sagl, Via San Gottardo 47, 6500 Bellinzona, Switzerland, UID CHE-444.793.939, commercial register no. CH-501.4.027.591-2. The contract is formed when an authorized representative accepts the order or activates a paid subscription.
2. Plans and scope
Base, Pro and Elite include the features in the order and current catalogue. Signature is a separate premium personalization for compatible plans; development, store review, timing and one-off work are confirmed in writing.
Included setup and migration are limited to the agreed scope.
3. Prices, renewal and third parties
Prices and billing frequency are shown before confirmation. Switzerland pricing is in CHF and Italy pricing is in EUR. Connection country, salon-address country and Stripe billing country must match the price list; when IPinfo Privacy checks are enabled, identified anonymization networks cannot purchase. Applicable taxes appear at checkout or on tax documents. Subscriptions renew automatically until renewal is disabled before the due date.
Swissync charges 0% of its own booking commission. Stripe, WhatsApp, SMS, domain, app-store and other provider costs remain excluded when used.
4. Payment, plan changes and cancellation
Stripe processes payments. After any stated grace period, non-payment may limit new operations. Plan changes and cancellation are managed in billing or through support. Amounts already accrued remain due; refunds follow the order and applicable law.
5. Customer obligations
The customer keeps salon data accurate, protects access, authorizes legitimate users only, and is responsible for lawful communications, consents, pricing, tax and client-facing terms.
6. Availability and support
Swissync aims for continuity but may perform maintenance, security fixes and third-party integration changes. Support depends on the selected plan. Material reductions to the purchased service will be announced with reasonable notice where possible.
7. Data and confidentiality
The customer retains rights in its data. Swissync processes it to deliver and secure the service under the privacy notice and any data-processing agreement. Each party protects confidential information; an export is available on request within technical and legal limits.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, each party is liable for direct loss caused by its own breach. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected. Swissync is not liable for outages or decisions of third-party providers outside its control, indirect loss of profit, or customer misuse.
9. Law and venue
Swiss law applies. Subject to mandatory law, the venue is Bellinzona, Switzerland. The parties first seek a good-faith resolution. Before starting a dispute, the parties seek a good-faith solution through support@swissync.org.
10. Client account and bookings
A person creating a client account uses Swissync as the chosen salon's digital tool, provides accurate information, protects access and does not misuse the service. Services, prices, cancellations, refunds and the professional relationship are determined by the salon under the conditions shown during booking.
Mandatory consumer rights and any venue required by law remain unaffected. The account can be closed under the published process; legally required data may be retained on a restricted basis.
